This is from Mrs. Maria Hamukuya, the wife of a late Military General an erstwhile top-ranking member of a frontline liberation movement in Angola, whose organization had engaged the Angolan government in a protracted civil war since 1975. Now in South Africa taking refuge with my children as what can be described as humiliation and threat to my life by the present government in Angola.
My late husband secured and lodged a total sum of US$10.5Million Dollars with a Finance company for the purpose of militaryarmaments. I now wished to channel this US$10.5Million U.S Dollars belonging to my late husband lodged with a finance company in Europe into productive investment venture instead of war. I decided to make this investment discreetly under discretionary asset management arrangement.
I have contacted you on the consideration that you could assist me on the possibility of placing this fund with you for management either in your existing establishment or other venture to be undertaken at your discretion under terms to be agreed upon until when I’m fully recovered of my ill health which has kept me in the hospital for so long. I therefore prefer a long term investment be made with the funds in your country.
Upon receipt of your response, with an assurance that you will keep the confidentiality of this matter, I will furnish you with further details of the deposit and the kind assistance that will be required of you towards the actualization of this transaction. All replies in response to this mail shall be directed to my private email address: firstname.lastname@example.org :alongside your telephone number for discussion.
I will earnestly appreciate your kind assistance as I look forward to your urgent reply
Yours truly, MRS MARIA HAMUKUYA Email:email@example.com
