A Scam Email with the Subject "eBay Suspension Notice" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 24 Jun 2006 00:59:43 -0700 and has been classified as a Auction/Escrow Scam. The sender was eBay<tfxisp@ebay.com>, although it may have been spoofed.

We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been suspended for fraud. To resolve this problem please log in on our site.
If this problem will not be resolved in 5 days your account will be deleted.

According to the User Agreement, section 9, we can immediately issue a warning, temporary suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide our services to you if we believe that your actions can provide financial loss or legal liability for you, our users or us. We may also take these actions if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us.
