I lost this customer and his family in the AF4590 Concord Plane crash that Occured on Monday, 31 July 2000.He had two big Real Esate Properties in Ghana, which I managed for him. He used to buy Gold from Miners in Ghana. Before his sudden death, he deposited two large trunk boxes of Alluvial Gold in a Bullion House in Ghana. Since after his death, the consignment has remained unclaimed due to inability to trace his next of kin /relatives. Even his Real Estate Properties I was managing, had been taken over by the Government in accordance with Estate Laws of Ghana. The serious matter on the ground now
is, the Board of Directors of the Bullion House where he depsited the gold,invited me on Tuesday 18th of March,2008 and told me that if I do not get the next of kin, relative or foreign business partner of my late Boss, to claim the deposited consignment before the end of March, they will have no other option than to turn the deposited consignment of the deceased, over to the Government. If this is done, invariably the deposited items will end up becoming Government property,just the way his Real Estate Properties has become Government Property. It is as a result of this serious matter that I was moved to contact you. In view of this, I am seeking for your co-operation and good understanding to stand as the foreign business partner of my late boss, to enble us claim the deposited items before the time period given by the
