I am writing in respect to a business proposal that I think you would find very beneficial and I believe would be a beginning of a business relation between us.
My name is William Goldston, ESQ., a legal practitioner and personal attorney to late Mr. Matthew A. Benson. Since the demise of my client and his entire family in a car accident, my corporation and I have taken steps to locate a next of kin and have been unsuccessful in our quest.
Before the untimely death of my client, I assisted Mr. Matthew A. Benson in setting up some offshore bank accounts for safekeeping of funds worth millions of dollars.
This offshore account has been dormant for years now and it is in the process of being converted to a "Diaspora"
account. This means that the financial institution involves will claim this as profit thus increasing the bonuses of top management at the end of the year.
I sincerely do believe that this fund would do well with a good charitable organization that provides for the needs of the poor and orphanage children, and some for your personal use as well. And for that reasons I have resolved within myself to process the claim.
As the attorney general of late Mr. Mathew A. Benson, it is my responsibility to locate a next of kin. My quest was almost at end until I came across your credentials and profile from a very trusted source.
To facilitate the release of the funds, I am proposing presenting you as the next of kin to my late client. Using you as the next of kin present no challenges whatsoever as your last name and my late clients' name are the same which lean credibility to the process.
Be well assured that this process is well understood and
the bank is aware of the legality of it. An attorney specializing in this aspect of the process would be employed to represent you on your behalf. Your chosen attorney would be responsible for all modalities for fund transfer and this can be finalized as soon as possible.
With your consent, I would proceed to establish you as the next of kin/Beneficiary to my late client. As soon as this is done, the funds would be transferred to your local bank account immediately
When I receive your response, I will provide you with further details.
For security reasons, it is strongly recommended that this and subsequent communication be kept confidential for the safety of all involved.
I await your urgent reply as to commerce on the process.
