An Email with the Subject "My mail to you" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 28 Jan 2008 03:49:07 -0800 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as Mr Lawrence Madu <lawmmadu_ubn213@yahoo.co.uk>.

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

ATTENTION:
 
I am Hon.Lawrence Madu the newly appointed federal minister of finance (FMF) Nigeria.
 
Agood arrangements have being approved by the 295 meeting of the Senate Upper House Today for the new year Payment Shedule with immediate effect,  Sequel to the secretive arrangement in regards of the Shipment of your contract sum to your BANK OFFICE ADDRESS OR YOUR HOUSE ADDRESS WHICH DEPENDS ON YOUR OPTION.  A payment of Twenty million United States Dollars (US$20,000,000.00) have been automatically concluded and have left UBA BANK OF NIGERIA THIS MORNING to the TRANS WORLD COURIER SERVICES Today by Express Cargo Flight. E-mail:tdcs_courierservicecompany@yahoo.co.uk
 
Note carefully the content of the crate is "MONEY" but I did not disclose it to the Courier Services as Money, rather I informed them that the crate contain Vital "DIPLOMATIC DOCUMENTS" belonging to my client (That’s you).
 
Furthermore, the weight of the consignment is 150kg, On No account should you disclose the content of the Crate with the Courier Services for fear of Betrayal in order to make sure that the fund get to your bank address office or house as soon as you supply the address to them right now, so do not allow them to know that the Content is money and do not allow them to Inspect the consignments for any reason until the final delivery to your Bank or House Door.
 
In the meantime, (1) you have to send your bank full address or house address where they will deliver the fund (2) your passport or lincence or any identification  with $100 of VAT as the owner of the create via western union or money gram  through : ALL THE VITAL DOCUMENT HAS FORWARDED TO THEM FOR FREE DELIVERY WITHOUT STOPPAGE, BE REST ASSURED.
 
contact the Courier Services as soon as you receive this E-mail via their email address and forward all the information before 72hours of their departure,TDCS COMPANY DS COURIER COMAPANY EMAIL :tdcs_courierservicecompany@yahoo.co.uk

You will be tracking the shipment and also monitoring the departure hence you send all the informations needed today or tomorrow and also give Them your telephone, mobile, bank address, house address , passport  where the consignment will be Delivered and then get back to me as soon as possible So that I can give you the key code number of the consignment/packages as the owner of the box .
