while cross-checking some abandoned files in our bank, i discovered that a deceased customer deposited the sum of $25,500,000 usd dollar. (twenty five million five hundred thousand dollars) and i noticed in the file, that during time deposit of the money in our bank, the deceased did not indicate his next of kin in the column of the form.
after all intensive investigations, i find out that no body has ever applied for claim or the released this fund. it is upon this that i now use this opportunity to contact you as to apply to our bank as a business associate to the deceased customer mr martin j. hillenbrand for the claim of this fund. i have also gathered all information about this fund, all relevant documents concerning this fund is now with me, i have taken them out of the reach of other directors.
 
 If you accept my proposal as a foreign partner for the money to be transfer into your account, you are entitle to 30% of the total fund while 70% will be for me and my assistant.
be informed that before we share this fund according to this percentage agreed, both of us must removed all our expenses incurred during the transfer.
