I am writing to you from the ECOWAS office in Nigeria , , Republique De Togo and Ghana Contract No: (ECO-072/LNG-PED/XB2517-04)
If we can reach a reasonable agreement between us i.e. your participation and subsequent compensation/entitlements, we will arrange to have these funds transferred by swift into your nominated and secured foreign bank account hence approval from my Department through our remitting bank while making sure that we comply with all banking regulations for a transparent transaction. Upon confirmation of these funds into your account, we will arrange to meet with you in your country immediately.

I am writing to you from the ECOWAS office in Accra Ghana in respect of the above mentioned funds which I and my colleague, the Accountant-General is seeking your assistance in installments transfer for subsequent investments overseas. The funds are contract incentives from the just completed contract for West Africa Liquefied Natural Gas Pipeline Project between Nigeria, Benin Republic, Republique De Togo and Ghana Contract No: (ECO-072/LNG-PED/XB2517-04)
