Dear Sir,

I, on behalf of my Partners from the federal ministry of health and the
hospital management board, we are soliciting for your personal assistance
that will enable us transfer the sum of US$9.5 million into any account of
your choice be it private or a company's account. We got your contact
information from our foreign trade directory and we also apologies for any
in convince that this mail might cause you.

However, we choose to reach you by email message as it remains fastest and
more secured way for communication. we knew that this mail will come to
you as a surprise but you just have to bear with us because of the urgency
it requires.

The federal ministry of health and the hospital management board awarded
contracts to some companies in 2004/2005 for building, maintenance and
supply of drugs to all public hospitals in our federation this contract
was supervised by my committee which i was the committee head.

We were able to over invoice this contract amount to the tune of
US$9.5million (Nine Million, five hundred thousand united states of
American dollars). I and a few other officials here of the health sector
have worked out these schemes to benefit alongside any foreign partner who
provide us with account to transfer this amount.

Being a civil servant we cannot keep such amount of fund in our personal
bank accounts here in my country Nigeria and we cannot also operate any
foreign bank account in our name as the law of our nation does not permit
a civil servant to own a foreign account

This has been a major hindrance on our side and so we decide to contact
you to be our foreign partner for our mutual benefit. We have agreed among
ourselves to give you US$3 million (Three million) as a share of the fund
if you will be able to nominate account for us the balance US$6.5 million
is what you will give us when we meet you in your country face to face.

All the modalities towards the transfer of this fund is in place and we
have done our home work very well and we assure you of 100% risk free
transaction which you MUST keep very confidential until the fund is duly
remitted into the account you will provide.

If you find this proposal interesting to you, confirm by a return mail
with a phone number i can reach you.

Cheers and God bless.

Best regards.

Dr Popoola Taiwo
