My Name is MRS.TISSA BACONEY a citizen of Sierra-Leone. A widow being that I lost my late husband 
couple of months ago. When my late husband was alive he was International REAL ESTATE agency, until 
his death. My late husband CHIEF WILLIAMS C. BACONEY left behind a total sum of (US$ 15.500.000 
FIFTEEN MILLION FIVE HOUNDRED THOUSAND U.S DOLLARS) in a bank in Cote D'Ivoire, Which he told me to 
look for a good foreign partner and invest this money with our only Son. Though I have not met with 
you before but I believe,   

Why I contacted you to assist my son and me invest this funds because of the problems I have been 
having with my father in-law. After the death of my late husband, my father in-law tried to force 
me to re-marry to my late husband younger brother (because of the stupid African tradition) I 
refused to do this and because of this, I was forcefully ejected out of the family house. Every 
valuables left for me by my late husband was also taken from me. After every things I have to leave 
my late husband family house in my village Free Town and travel to Cote d’Ivoire wear the money is 
deposited. 

My late husband deposited the money in the bank for the purpose of foreign investment on real 
estate/transport industry with his foreign partner. Now that we are in Cote D'Ivoire Abidjan. We 
have been able to locate the bank where the money was deposited.  Also approached the bank and 
presented to them the entire document my late husband left including his death certificate which 
also bears my name as the next of kin. 

I want to follow the instruction of my late husband to invest the money with our only son in your 
country, I will like to invest part of the money into any of these three investments plan in your 
Country as bellow. But if there is any other business with good profit. That is better than what I 
am suggesting, we will be very glad to follow your advice.

1). Real estate
2). Transport industry
3). Hotel

1.) Providing the bank account where the money will be transferred.
2.) Assisting my son and me to invest this money in your country.
