<DIV>From the desk of: (Barrister Tony N. Ibe)</DIV> <DIV>Re: transfer of $26,100,000.00 US
Dollars.</DIV> <DIV>Let me start by introducing myself properly to you, I am </DIV>
<DIV>Barrister Tony N. Ibe, attorney to late engineer Denis lewis. I came to </DIV> <DIV>know of

<DIV>confidential transaction, which involves the transfer of a huge sum of </DIV> <DIV>money to a
foreign account requiring maximum confidence.</DIV> <DIV>MY PROPOSITION</DIV> <DIV></DIV> <DIV>A
foreigner, late engineer Denis, an oil merchant/contractor with the </DIV> <DIV>federal government
of Nigeria, until his death 8 years ago in a ghastly </DIV> <DIV>car crash, has an account with a
bank in Africa, my client </DIV> <DIV>has a balance of $26.1m (Twenty Six million, one hundred
thousand </DIV> <DIV>united </DIV> <DIV>states dollars only) which the bank now unquestionably
expects it to be
</DIV> <DIV>claimed by any available next-of-kin of the late beneficiary. Fervent </DIV>
<DIV>efforts are being made by the bank to locate his next-of-kin without </DIV> <DIV>success and
since I am his attorney, a letter was sent to me to provide </DIV> <DIV>his next of kin or
relatives, which I tried but proved to no avail.</DIV> <DIV>It is because of the perceived
possibility of not being able to locate </DIV> <DIV>any of late Engr. Denis next-of-kin (he had no
wife and children) that </DIV> <DIV>the management under the influence of the chairman of the
board of </DIV> <DIV>directors stated that the fund should be declared un-claimable.</DIV>
<DIV></DIV> <DIV>I now seek your permission to have you stand as a next-of-kin to my </DIV>
<DIV>late client so that the funds can be released to you as the beneficiary </DIV>
<DIV>next-of-kin, all documents and proves to enable you get this fund </DIV> <DIV>$26.1m </DIV>
<DIV>will be carefully worked out by me, So I
 am assuring you of a risk </DIV> <DIV>free involvement.</DIV> <DIV>Pertaining the disbursement
of the 26.1million us dollars, I am willing </DIV> <DIV>to let you have 30% of the total sum,
while the rest will be for me and </DIV> <DIV>my source. Please your earliest respond will be
highly appreciated.</DIV> <DIV>Regards</DIV> <DIV></DIV> <DIV>Barrister Tony Ibe.</DIV>
