An Email with the Subject "understanding" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Tue, 17 Jul 2007 18:11:39 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as officemailbox200@zipmail.com.br.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
WILLIAMS & ASSOCIATES Attn:Sir, The subject matter above refers. I am Barrister,SAM WILLIAMS,the managing partner and chief legal consultant to Mr.Rudi Kommayer. I am the personal attorney and friend of late Mr. Rudi Kommayer; who until his death was the managing director of Anambra Motor Manufacturing Company (Anammco), Emene in Enugu State of Eastern Nigeria. This company was established in 1977 as a joint venture between the Federal Government of Nigeria and the then Daimler-Benz AG of Germany now Daimler Chrysler-AG of Germany. The late Mr. Rudi Kommayer committed suicide in Germany his home country on July 22nd 2005 in a park in Esslingen Germany. This was because he was under investigation by security operatives from the USA for allegedly embezzelling and misappropriating the sum of US$14.6 Million Dollars while in office as the managing director of Anammco. He lived in Nigeria for over 15 years till 2004 before returning to Germany. In the lifetime of Mr. Rudi Kommayer he deposited the sum of USA$14.6 Million Dollars (fourteen million six hundred thousand United States Dollars only) in a security Company in Europe. This deposit was made with my full assistance and cooperation and I truly believed that he acquired this money genuinely nothwithstanding that he took his own life because he could not stand the shame and embarrassment of the investigation. If he were alive today, I am sure that he would have exonerated himself in accordance with due process of the law. The existence of this money is still a top secret and is known "only"to my late client and friend Mr. Rudi Kommayer and myself as his personal attorney and friend. I am proposing that you front yourself as a relation of late Mr. Rudi Kommayer and claim this money for mutual investment opportunities to be advised and managed by you. All the necessary legal paperworks have been put in place awaiting your response. I advise that you remember to treat this matter as "top secret" due to its sensitive nature.
