I am Miss Grace Williams the daugther of late Dr Camara Williams from Sierra Leone who was arrested and killed by the rebels, Dear I will like you to try and give this my proposal an attention that it may requires and please try and believe me as you go through this proposal.

My Father was arrested by the Rebels and on the day of my Father's arrest he confided to me all his foreign investiment particulars ,he quickly asked me to escape with my younger Brother to Cote D'Ivoire were he made a deposit of an amount of ($7.5M) Seven Million Five Hundred thousand United States Dollars in a Bank here in Cote D' Ivoire.

According to my father Dr. Williams, this money was the income accrued from Mining. Co-operation over draft and minor sales. Before the peak of the civil war between the rebels forces of Major Paul Koroma and the combined forces of Ecomog peace keeping operation that almost destroyed my country, following the forceful removal from power of the civilian elected President Ahmed Tejan Kabbah by the rebels.

My father had already made arrangement for me and my brother to be evacuated to Cote D'Ivoire where he deposited the money with the Certificate of Deposite he made with the Bank in Cote D'Ivoire through the aid of UN evacuation team. During the war in my country, and following the indiscriminate looting of Public and Government properties by the rebel forces, the Sierra Leone mining coop. Was one of the target looted and destroyed.

My Late Father including other top Government functionaries were attached and killed by the rebels in November 2001 because of his relationship with the civilian Government of Ahmed Tejan Kabbah. As a result of my Father's death , and with the news of my Father's youger brother involvement in the Motor accident in March,2005 dashed our hope of survival. The untimely deaths caused my Mother heart failure and other related complications of which she later died in the hospital after we must have spent a lot of money on her on the 18th of February this year.

I and my younger brother are alone in this strange country suffering without any care or help. Without any relation, we are now like refugees and the worst over it now is that we can not even eat twice a day . Our only hope now is in you and we beg that you will never betray us, because this money is the final hope we have.

Please I and my Brother will like you to try and make up your mind and assist us and we are promising you that we will never disapoint you in life, Please we need your urgent attention.

For your assistance, I and my younger brother have agreed that 25% of the total amount will be for your effort . Last, I urge you to keep this transaction strictly confidential as no one knows our where about.
