Accountant and in full agreement with the (Auditor-General
Nigerian Liquified Natural Gas) Mr. Greg Quist who is my
partner in investment over here. We work in the same
Corporation and also have been making plans to invest in
Europe. We found your name in your country's business
directory in search of a reliable and business-oriented
person to do the business with. We shall invest the money
in a foreign exchange market, or any
part of Europe. Betterstill, we want to establish into a
viable profit-making industry which you may assign to us.
We presently have in our security company US$8.5M( EIGHT
Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) duly
deposited under BONDED Fixed Deposit Account in Citibank
Lagos, Nigeria. The deposit can be broken at any time of
transfer, as the negotiation was made when the fund was
first deposited. Certificate of Fund Deposit was also
issued.
As top civil servants, we are not authorized to operate
foreign bank account hence our decision to use your account
on full trust and confidence to transfer this money outside
Nigeria. We have accepted you as our foreign partner and
will regularize the approvals to reflect youasas the true
beneficiary of the contract Sum of the US$8.5M (Eight
Million Five Hundred Thousand U.S. Dollars Only).
More over, it is pertinent to note that it is not risk, it
does not also have any political undertone, we worked for
it, it also does not require much engagements since we have
taken care of the deal in full capacity. We have resolved
to give you 10% (US$850,000) of the total sum for your
assistance as soon as the money is transferred. We shall
also make you the chairman of the board of directors in any
sector of business we are investing on in Europe since we
do not know the procedures of investment over there. All
these shall be stated in our Partnership Agreement which we
shall send to you for review, you shall also get back to us
for any ammendments you may have discovered for corrections
before the final preparation.

as a result of many senior officers in the ministries
transferring bulk funds to
Switzerland, Germany and United States during.
