Since his death (Mr George Brumley Jr), all effort made to locate his surviving family and
relations has proved abortive. The Management and Board Directors of my bank in a recent meeting
issued a notice that after 2months from now and no Next of Kin shows up for claims, the funds will
be confisticated and declared dormant and sent to the HM Treasury Department of my Bank according
to Cumberland Valley National Bank Banking and Financial Law. And as a staff of the bank I cannot
acquire the fund in my name. This is by virtue of its nature as being utterly Confidential and Top
Secret. You shall be compensated with 45% of the total sum for your partnership while 50% for me
the initiator and then 5% used in settling any expenses that arises in the course of this
