This is wholly possible as in the pursuant of and the terms of my country agreement under the international monetary fund (IMF) London club and Paris club debt servicing program to pay out all outstanding debts owed to foreign firms. For obvious reason I cannot present myself as the beneficiary of the funds as I am a government civil servant and thereby is dangerous for me to operate offshore accounts (foreign accounts) and would thereby jeopardize my chances. And also in
recognition of your personal executive profile and investment opportunities available in your country. At this juncture I want you to present your firm as the original beneficiary of the above fund to enable me put claim on the above sum.
I will use my office and that of my colleagues who are selected for this very purpose to facilitate a hitch free (risk free) payment because all the necessary arrangements have been made.
Finally, I count on your sense of confidentiality, as it is my desire that you keep this proposal to yourself. After the transfer, you will get 20% of the total money,75% will be for me and my colleagues, while 5% will be for the expenses that will incurred in the process of the transfer.
