Search Scamdex & Scamalot
An Email with the Subject "Account has been limited" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sun, 05 Jul 2015 19:00:10 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as PayPal <info@account.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

We had to temporarily set an access limitation to your account. We will review the information you may provide (Check: attachment) and we will try to resolve the issue immediately. An account may be limited for a variety of reasons. The main reason is possible unauthorized account access. Removing the limitation is quite simple. We have provided the attachment in this email, you may download and fill in the form. After verifying your account through the form, PayPal will restore your access back to normal.
