An Email with the Subject "Its Your LUCKY DAY" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sun, 29 Mar 2015 04:58:30 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "UNITED NATIONS COMPENSATION"<transfer_dept202@yahoo.co.uk>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
CONGRATULATIONS!!! A cash grant compensation of $1.2million from the United Nations in conjunction with the United Kingdom HM Revenue has decided to compensate you with the above said sum through your chosen chosen payment option. Please, kindly Re-confirm your FULL NAME, CURRENT ADDRESS, ANY OF YOUR VALID ID CARD, and TELEPHONE NUMBERS for the verification, issuance and procedure for the release of your funds to you and note this will include all the relevant documents to proof that you are the rightful owner of the funds.
