An Email with the Subject "Officially Commissioned..." was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 18 Feb 2015 02:30:33 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "Mr.George Wealter" <george_wealter1@yahoo.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

I came to know of you in my search for a reliable and reputable person to handle a very confidential transaction, which involves the transfer of a huge sum of money to a foreign account. The original value of of these contracts were over invoiced in the sum of Sixty Five million, Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars. Which has recently been approved and now ready to be transferred. However the companies that actually executed the aforementioned contract have been fully paid and the projects officially commissioned.
