Occasionally, incorrectly categorized emails get into the Scamdex Scam Email Database and need to be removed. If this
email has Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or is, in your opinion, from a bona-fide entity, let us know.
Scamdex will, as soon as is practicable, take-down any emails that in our opinion should not
be in our database. Note that ALL emails in the Scamdex Scam Email Database were received as Unsolicited Commercial Email, aka UCE or
SPAM , via unpublished 'Honeypot' email addresses.

Owing to a deliberate act of over invoicing and inflating of contract value by some Government
officials.
This money has already been approved for payment by The Government of Ghana.As top civil servants
we are not authorized to operate foreign bank account and this is the reason we seek for your
assistance, to present you as the Contractor so that we will use your bank account to receive this
money outside Ghana.
Were are going to accept you as our foreign partner and will now regularize the approvals documents
to your name as the contractor beneficiary.As soon we receive your acceptance letter, we shall
inform you of the necessary requirement from you to facilitate the transfer.We have resolved to
give you 30% of the total sum for your assistance,while 70% is for me and my colleagues here in
Ghana.
Let me reassure you that the movement and transfer of the funds to your account will be done in
strict compliance to international and prevailing rules here, I want absolute safety and security
of the funds as such I can not compromise in standard so that no eyebrow will be raised upon the
funds.
