Search Scamdex & Scamalot
An Email with the Subject "Fund" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 20 Nov 2014 20:37:42 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "MR. Howard"<paymentupdate@un.org>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
Attention, I am Mr. Howard Wilson, Director Unit United Nations Agent currently in Hartsfield International Airport Atlanta Georgia USA. I was sent by the united nations and the IMF to deliver your inheritance/compensation payment which you have been waiting for long. Each of the boxes contains more than $3 to $4M each and the consignment is still left in storage house till today through a registered shipping Company, Diplomatic Courier Service Limited a division of Tran guard made for Top politicians and Top Government officers. The details of the consignment included your name, which was tagged on the Trunk boxes. So provide your private Phone number, full address, name of nearest Airport around and other details.
