I am the manager of bill and exchange department of african developement bank.In my department we discovered an abandoned sum of $2.650m US dollars (Two Million,Six Hundred and Fifty Thousand US dollars Only) in an account that belongs to one of our foreign customer who died in a Motor accident along Bobo Express High Way,with his Family in November 2006, here in Burkina Faso.
Since we got information about his death, we have been expecting his
next of kin to come over and claim his money because the fund cannot be released unless some body applies for it as next of kin or relation to the deceased as indicated in our banking guidlings and laws. It is therefore upon this discovery that I decided to contact you,as to present you to this bank as the NEXT OF KIN or RELATION to the deceased customer for safety,so that the money will be paid into your personal account which you will provide to the bank . since nobody is coming for it and i don't want this money to go into the bank treasury.
as unclaimed bill.The banking law and guidline here stipulates that if such money remained unclaimed , the BANK will transfer the money into the bank
treasury as unclaimed fund. The request of foreigner as next of kin in
this business is occassioned by the fact that the customer was a foreigner and a Burkinabe cannot stand as next of kin to a foreigner.
Therefore,I agree that 35% of this money will be for you as a respect to the provision of a foriegn account , 15% will be set aside for expenses incurred during the business and 50% would be for Me, as i will be coming over to you for sharing and investment.Thereafter, I will visit your country for disbursement according to the percentage indicated.Therefore, to enable the immediate transfer of this fund to you as arranged, you must apply first to the bank as a relation or next of kin of the deceased indicating your bank name, your bank account number,
your private telephone and fax number for easy and effective communication and location wherein the money will be remitted.Upon receipt of your reply, I will send an APPLICATION TEXT to you,in which you will fill and send to the bank for further proccedures.I will not fail to bring to your notice that this transaction is hitch-free,
and that you should not entertain any atom of fear as all required arrangements have been made for the transfer.You should contact me immediately as soon as you receive this letter.Trusting to hear from you immediately.Please,for your kind information,this business transaction will cost us little amount of money in processing some legal documents that will back up our claims with the help of a LAWYER for easy transfer of this fund into your given account.
