client had a balance of us$6.5m (SIX million, five
hundred thousand [BRITISH POUNDS ONLY) which
the bank now unquestionably expects it to be claimed
by any available foreign next-of-kin of the late
beneficiary. fervent valuable efforts are being made
by the union bank to locate his next-of-kin without
success and since I am his account officer, a letter was sent
to me to provide his next of kin or anyt of his relatives, which I
tried but proved to no avail. It is because of the
perceived possibility of not being able to locate any
of late engr. WILLIAMS next-of-kin (he had no wife and
children) that the management under the influence of
the chairman and member of the board of directors,
