Search Scamdex & Scamalot
An Email with the Subject "Please connect to your account and verify your transactions!" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 22 Oct 2007 21:11:06 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as Group Citi audit department <auditdepartment@citi.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

An amount was deposited and withdrawn by our accounting system. We warn you of this error so that you
are not surprised when you see these transactions on your monthly statement. No Transaction expenses occurred.
