An Email with the Subject "For your kind attention." was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 23 Jun 2011 10:18:06 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as "M.Modou" <modou@qatar.io>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
Dear Friend, I am contacting you for your assistance to relocate the sum of $6,200,000.00 us dollars into your personal bank account, this will be for the benefit of both of us. This is a genuine business transaction only I cannot operate it alone without using a Foreigner, according to the laws guiding my bank, therefore, I am contacting you in this manner to help me stand before my bank as the beneficiary to claim this fund into your bank account, for assisting me to achieve this better opportunity, you will be entitled to have 30% from the total fund while 70% will be for me, as a matter of fact, what i need is your maximum cooperation and to provide a valid bank account where my bank will transfer this fund for the benefit of you and I.
