Greetings,

I am sorry for contacting you through this medium without a previous contact with you. I have to
use the email because it is an easier and more confidential way of making contact with people
around the world.
My name is Mr. Polevshchikov Arkadiy, a Russian and an attorney at law based in Manchester, United
Kingdom and the personal attorney to late Mr. Jacques Dominique, a French National. My deceased
client was an Oil consultant/ contractor with British Petroleum Corporation before his death. On
the 3rd day of January 2004, my client and his wife along with their two children were among the
victims of Boeing 737 Egyptian Airliner that crashed into the Red Sea. For details of the air
mishap, please see http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/politics/3365769.stm.

After the crash, I made several inquiries from his country's embassy to locate any of his extended
relatives but was not successful. After these unsuccessful attempts, I decided to contact you with
this risk free proposal.

My client made a deposit of US$24,500,000.00 (Twenty Four Million, Five Hundred Thousand United
States Dollars) in a bank here in Manchester, United Kingdom and my Chambers has been issued with
an official notification to provide his next of kin or extended beneficiary within 60 days,
otherwise the account would be declared unserviceable. However, since I found it difficult to
locate any of my late client's extended relatives for over seven (7) years now. I seek your consent
to permit me present you as his extended beneficiary, so that the proceeds of his account can be
paid in your name for us to share it together.

I have worked out modalities for achieving my aim of appointing you as his extended beneficiary so
as to transfer the money to your account for us to share in the ratio of 53% to me and 35% to you,
while we shall collectively donate 10% to any Charity Organization like Japanese Earthquake and
Tsunami Relief Organization and 2% set aside for any incurable expenses both local and
international.

The transaction is guaranteed to succeed without any risk or problem. All I need from you is your
trust, confidence and full cooperation. Provide me with this information:

1. Your contact phone and fax numbers.
2. Your Location address.

As soon as I receive your positive response, I will provide you with further clarification.

Best of regards,

Mr. Polevshchikov Arkadiy
