An Email with the Subject "READ ME PLEASE" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sun, 19 Dec 2010 18:46:00 -0800 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as "Mariyam Andy"<info@me.net>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
PLEASE CONTACT US. With all sincerity and humility it is with deep pains we write you this message of wishful assistance to our predicament. My name Mariyam Andy and my mother Rachael Simwanza Andy. We are in need of your assistant in investing my father's money in your country. During the last crises against the farmers of Zimbabwe by the supporters of our President Robert Mugabe to claim the farms in our country, he ordered all the farmers to surrender their farms to his party members and their followers. My father was one of the best farmers in the country and knowing that he did not support the Presidents political ideology, the President's supporters invaded my father's farm burnt down everything, killed him and confiscated all his investments. After the death of my father, my mother and I decided to move out of Zimbabwe for the safety of our lives. We took along with us the money my father kept in the safe in my mother's house to HUNGARY where we are now seeking political asylum, the money has been transferred to a bank overseas. My Mother and I have decided to contact you to assist us to claim this money out from the bank overseas because we as asylum seeker here in Hungary we are not allowed certain financial rights like operating a bank account. We write you this mail under duress and as a result of our recent decision to better our lives. We will not fail to bring to your notice that our requester is risk free and doesn't have any negative implication. Therefore, we will greatly appreciate if you accept our requester in good faith.
