This Email with the Subject "PLEASE I NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 11 Dec 2010 14:07:08 -0800 and has been classified a s a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as "MR. RICHARD MARTIN" <mr.richardmartin@voila.fr>.< /p>

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purpos es.

I will like you to help me, in receiving of this fund into your Bank Account. However, it's just my urgent need for foreign partner that made me to contact you for this transaction. I am the manager of bill and exchange at the foreign remittance Department of BANK OF Africa (B.O.A) here in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. In my department we discovered an abandoned sum of (US$10.5 Million dollars) in an account that belongs to one of our foreign Customer (MR. PAUL LOUIS from Paris, France) who died along with His entire family in July 2003 in a plane crash. And it is clear stated in our Banking rules and regulation a deposited fund which has being Dormant after Eight years shall be reverted as unclaimed fund.

The Banking law and guideline here stipulates that if such money remained unclaimed after Eight years an above, the money will be transferred into the Bank treasury as unclaimed fund. I agree that 40% of this money will be for you as foreign partner in respect to the provision of a foreign account, and while 60%would be for me.
