An Email with the Subject "((Contact Mr. Jim Ovia for your Bank Draft))" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Tue, 11 May 2010 06:46:17 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as United Nations <un.rep@9.cn>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

This email is to all the people that have been scammed in any part of the world, the UNITED NATIONS IN Affiliation with WORLD BANK have agreed to compensate them with the sum of US$ 1000,000.00. This includes every foreign contractors that may have not received their contract sum, and people that have had an unfinished transaction or international businesses that failed due to Government problems etc. We found your name in our list and that is why we are contacting you,this have been agreed upon and have been signed. You are advised to contact Mr Jim Ovia of our paying center in Africa,as he is our representative in Nigeria, contact him immediately for your Cheque/ International Bank Draft of USD$1000,000.00.
