Search Scamdex & Scamalot
An Email with the Subject "UPDATE" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 28 Apr 2010 07:45:40 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as "Arif Ahmed"<arif@ymail.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
I am ARIF AHMED, Attorney at law. A deceased client of mine, that shares the same last name as yours,who died as the result of a heart-related condition in March 12th 2005. I have contacted you to assist in distributing the money left behind by my client(US$18 Million Dollars) is lodged in the bank. Reply to (arifahmed60@sify.com) for more information. Regards ARIF AHMED
