An Email with the Subject "UNITED NATION RE: COMPENSATION OF US$1,000.000.00" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 09 Apr 2010 07:16:05 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "Hon. Ban Ki Moon"<united@dr.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

to you. We have been having a meeting for the passed 3 months which ended yesterday with the
secretary to the UNITED NATION. This email is to all the people that have been scammed in any part
of the world, the UNITED NATIONS have agreed to compensate them with the sum of US$1,000.000.00
(One Million United State Dollars Only) each and you have to indicate how much you have lost in the
hand of scammers.
This includes every foreign contractors, Inheritance and Lottery payment that have not received
their Lottery/Inheritance payment, and people that have had an unfinished transaction or
international Lottery payment that failed due to Government problems etc. We found your name in our
list and that is why we are contacting you, this have been agreed upon and have been signed, Click
