*Manages Product delivery to Customers
*Conducts appraisal's and development plans for effective service
delivery
*Drive management reporting for Customers and Company
*Act as escalation point for the business to ensure client satisfaction
*Builds effective long term relationships with key stakeholders within the Customers
*Working with the Sales/Resource Office to plan and implement resource
strategies for marketing and ensuring agreement to Sales Plan's and
budget's
*Resolves every Outstanding Payment from Customers and ensure payments to
the Company.
*Looks for opportunities for growth within existing Sales Base
