An Email with the Subject "Re: Sincere wishes" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 12 Apr 2010 12:28:07 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as "Myriam Alhassan"<vhhh@osb.att.ne.jp>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
Dearest Permit me to inform you of my desire of going into business relationship with you. I am Myriam, the only daughter of late Kone Alhassan. My father was a wealthy cocoa merchant based in Abidjan, the economic capital of Ivory coast before he was poisoned to death by his business associates on one of their outing to discuss on a business. I lost my mother at an early age, so my father took me so special because of my mother's death, and cared for me. Before the death of my father on 29th June 2006 in a private hospital here in Abidjan. He secretly called me to his bedside and told me that he has a sum of $12.3M USD concealed in a safe box, registered as family valuables. in a security house here in Abidjan.He used my name as next of kin and not the beneficiary due to our political status and the nature of deposit i cannot serve as the beneficiary, the beneficiary must be my father's business partner abroad or a family friend appointed by me. He also explained to me that it was because of this wealth that he was poisoned by his business associates. That i should seek for a foreign partner in a country of my choice where i will transfer this money and use it for investment purposes and some to charity. I am honorably seeking for your assistance in the following ways. 1) To serve as the guardian of this fund and to run the investments to be made?. 2) Can you honestly take me as your family member? 3) Can I confidently put my trust in you? 4) Can you make arrangements for me to come over to your country after the money has been transferred?
