Occasionally, incorrectly categorized emails get into the Scamdex Scam Email Database and need to be removed. If this
email has Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or is, in your opinion, from a bona-fide entity, let us know.
Scamdex will, as soon as is practicable, take-down any emails that in our opinion should not
be in our database. Note that ALL emails in the Scamdex Scam Email Database were received as Unsolicited Commercial Email, aka UCE or
SPAM , via unpublished 'Honeypot' email addresses.

Attn: Honorable Beneficiary,
This is to officially inform all prospective Beneficiaries whose long over-due fund are yet to be
released, that the Central Bank Governor,
Prof Charles C. Soludo has been retired. I Mr. Sanusi Lamido have been appointed the new Central
Bank Governor.
In view of the above, I wish to use this opportunity to inform you about the outcome of the meeting
held yesterday concerning all international unclaimed fund with any local bank here in Nigeria
should move the payment file to central bank of Nigeria(CBN)
The meeting commenced by 12.00noon on under the Chairmanship of the President of the Federal
Republic of Nigeria, Umaru Musa Yar'Adua, the finance minister, the accountant general of the
federation and the foreign affairs minister.
The purpose of the meeting was due to the inability of beneficiaries to receiver their over-due
payment fund with any local bank because of the demand of fee from some of the staff before their
ATM card will be deliver/ transfered to them and also to avoid of devarting beneficiaries fund to
other accunt based on this Mr. president had to cancel all mode of payment that is not in line with
the new CBN regulation.
He however gave an order that any payment under this bellow:
(1) Contract payment
(2) Inheritance payment
(3) lottery payment and others in line of payment
No beneficiaries will receive his or her payment through ATM card or diplodiplomat deleiver again
all payment should be through online bank. Any bank or individual communicating or contacting you
in order to receive your fund without this special Govt approved code: FG/GCS/LSYD/N09 have to be
ignored!!!
Henceforth, Transfer of funds to any beneficiary must be through online banking.
I hereby use this opportunity to let you know the decision taken by Mr. President.
It is up to you to decide if you are willing to receive your fund through online banking.
Most importantly, you are strongly advised to cease every furthetr communication with any other
person(s) or office(s) contacting you in regard to the release of your fund.

immediately
