An Email with the Subject "IMMEDIATE PAYMENT NOTIFICATION" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 17 Dec 2009 07:24:16 -0800 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as "Sanusi Lamido Sanusi"<mrlamdosanusi001@gmail.com>.

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

LAMIDO SANUSI IMMEDIATE CASH PAYMENT REF: CBN/IRD/CBX/021/09 [OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR] IMMEDIATE PAYMENT NOTIFICATION AV/CONT/NNPC/FGN/MIN/0009 Attn : Honorable Beneficiary I am Mr. Lamido Sanusi, The newly appointed Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria. I decided to contact you because of the prevailing security report reaching my office and the intense nature of polity in Nigeria. This is to inform you about our plan to send your fund to you via cash delivery. This system will be easier for you and for us. We are going to send your contract part payment of US$10.7 Million to you via courier service.. The money is coming on 2 security proof boxes. The boxes are sealed with synthetic nylon and padded with machine.
