Do excuse me if this mail comes to you as a surprise or inconvenience as I am only pressed as a matter of urgency to have contacted you through this means.
I am the manager Bills and Exchange of Foreign Remittance department of an international bank here in Nigeria. I got your contact from the WORLD INFORMATION NETWORK ONLINE (WINO) and I am writing you this letter to ask for your support and co-operation to carry out this transaction. I and My colleagues discovered an abandoned sum of US$15.3 million (Fifteen Million Three Hundred Thousand US Dollars) in an account belonging to one of our foreign customer who died along side his entire family in April 2002 in a ghastly auto accident.
Since this development, we have advertised for his next of kin or any close relation to come forward to claim this money, but nobody came to apply for the claim. Now the management of the bank has ordered that all dormant accounts will be
frozen. On the strength of this order, I wish to make advantage of this situation and present you as the beneficiary. Bear in mind that the management is ready to welcome anybody preferably a foreigner who has the correct information of the account which I will give you immediately, if you indicate your sincere willingness to handle this project with me.
We have agreed that 40% of the money will be for you for your assistance in this transaction, while 60% will be for my colleagues and I.
Meanwhile, for us to commence action immediately with this transaction, you will be required to send down your information which must include your full names, address, telephone and fax numbers. This is what will be tendered as beneficiary of next of kin's particulars. So as soon as I receive it, I will annex it to that of our late client. Thereby presenting you as the bona fide next of kin to my late client. Thereafter, I will guide you on how to file in an
application for claim in order to enable our management release the funds to you as the beneficiary.
Please include your phone number to enable me speak with you orally for more clarification. Once I receive your reply, I will send you the Text of application for claim which you will complete and send directly to our bank for the approvals of the management. I hope that you will guide me into a viable area of investment in your Country as I wish to invest my share of the funds into business when we conclude.
