An Email with the Subject "ATTENTION!!," was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 15 Dec 2008 06:03:17 -0500 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as "Dr.Martins Owen" <drmartinowen5@earthlink.net>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

I am making this contact with you based on the Committee need for an individual/company who is willing to assist us with a solution to a money transfer. This amount $35.5m represents the balance of the total contract Value Executed on behalf of Department mineral resources and Energy by a foreign contracting firm, which we the officials over-invoiced deliberately, of which the actual sum has been paid.
