An Email with the Subject "Request for Business Partnership!!!" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 04 Apr 2009 01:54:44 -0400 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as "Jubouri Omar"<pblcn6654cn@yahoo.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

My ideal partner should be trustworthy, reliable and have the ability to operate a business in a western nation. You will not be required to travel to Iraq or to leave your country.
