An Email with the Subject "Treat As Urgent!!" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 01 Apr 2009 07:01:04 -0400 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as Mansur Muhtar <desk877@msn.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

al Assembly set aside US$3.4Billion to pay in good claims from foreign contr=
actors / Inheritance Fund (Next of Kin). In line with this arrangement the S=
enate Committee on Foreign Debt Matters (National Assembly) ordered that con=
tractors and Next-of-Kins whose files have shown sufficient proof regarding=20=
job execution and their debt outstanding for a long time be settled without=20=
delay. We wish to inform you that your files was forwarded to us by various=20=
offices and department shows that you have fulfilled all conditions necessar=
y to receive your payment. =20

One of the reasons why your payment had been delayed for so long was because=
of counter-claim for the payment on your fund. This necessitated the perusa=
