Dated: 13/02/2008.

How are you doing today? I hope all is well with you and your family, if so
Kindly sends my regards to them all.

I will want you to know that I have been waiting for your contact as regards
your
Collection of your Certified Bank Draft of $800,650.00 United States Dollars,
been awarded to you from the WORLD INTERNET PROGRAM sponsor by the MICROSOFT.
But I did not hear from you since for a couple of month now. Then I went and
deposited your Bank Draft with TRANSCOM INSURANCE SECURITY COMPANY LTD.

NOTE: To your notice I have been at the bank to confirm if your check has
expire, but Acc. Wilson H Lee the Director Bank of Africa told me that your
check will expire on 27th of February 2008.

So please be careful of the expiration as I will be out of the country for a 3
Months Course and I will not come back till End of March 2008.

What you have to do now is to contact the TRANSCOM INSURANCE SECURITY COMPANY
LTD. As soon as possible to know when they will assign your check for delivery
because of the expiring date.

For your information, The FINANCE HOUSE has an account with the diplomatic
courier order as regards the delivery of your check. They have paid for the
delivery fee, Insurance premium and Clearance Certificate Fee of your check.

The only money you will be sending to the security company to deliver your
Draft direct to your postal Address in your country is ($220) US Dollars only
being Security Keeping Fee of your check so far.

Please note, they would have paid for that but they said no because they don?t
know when you will be contacting them and in case of demurrage. You have to
contact the TRANSCOM INSURANCE SECURITY COMPANY LTD. now for the delivery of
your Draft with this information below:

Company Name: TRANSCOM INSURANCE SECURITY COMPANY LTD.
Contact Person: Mr. Alex C Montero
Position Held: Managing Director {M.D}
Email Address: transcominsurance_001@live.com
Telephone: + (234) 8087 9313 85

Finally, make sure that you reconfirm your Postal address () and Direct
telephone number to them again to avoid any mistake on the Delivery and ask
them to issue to you your tracking number to enable you track your package
over there and know when it will get to your address.

Let me repeat again, try to contact them as soon as you receive this mail to
avoid any further delay and remember to pay them their Security Keeping fee of
$220 US Dollars for their immediate action.

Once again my regards to you and your family.

Yours Faithfully,

Mr. Donald Garvin.
