 The Banking law and guideline here stipulates that if such money remained unclaimed after five years, the money will be transferred into the Bank treasury as unclaimed fund. The request of foreigner as next of kin in this business is occasioned by the fact that the customer was a foreigner, and a Burkinabe cannot stand as next of kin to a foreigner. We agree that 30 % of this money will be for you as foreign partner, in respect to the provision of a foreign account, 10 % will be set aside for expenses incurred during the business and 60 % would be for me and my woman colleague. There after I and my colleague will visit your country for disbursement according to the percentages indicated.   Therefore to enable the immediate transfer of this fund to you as arranged, you must apply first to the bank as relations or next of kin of the deceased indicating your bank name, your bank account
number, your private telephone and fax number for easy and effective communication and location where the money will be remitted. Upon receipt of your reply, I will send to you by fax or email the text of the application I will not fail to bring to your notice that this transaction is hitch free and that you should not entertain any atom of fear as all required arrangements have been made for the transfer.  La ley y la pauta de actividades bancarias aquà estipula que si permanecÃa tal dinero unclaimed despuÃs de cinco aÃos, el dinero serÃn transferidas en el Hacienda del banco como unclaimed fondo. La peticiÃn del extranjero como de parentescos en este negocio es ocasionada despuÃs por el hecho de que el cliente era un extranjero, y un Burkinabe no puede estar parado como despuÃs de parentescos a un extranjero. Convenimos que el 30% de este dinero estaremos para ti como socio extranjero, por lo que se refiere a la disposiciÃn de una cuenta extranjera, el 10% serÃn puestos a un lado para los costos incurridos en durante el negocio y el 60% estarÃan para mà y mi colega de la mujer. Allà despuÃs de que I y mi colega visiten tu paÃs para el desembolso segÃn los porcentajes indicados.

Por lo tanto para permitir la transferencia inmediata de este fondo tà segÃn lo arreglado, debes aplicarse primero al banco como relaciones o siguiente de los parentescos de los difuntos que indican tu nombre de banco, tu cuenta bancaria
numerar, tu nÃmero privado del telÃfono y de fax para la comunicaciÃn y la localizaciÃn fÃciles y eficaces en donde el dinero serà remitido. Sobre recibo de tu contestaciÃn, enviarà tà por fax o al email el texto del uso que podrà traer a tu aviso que esta transacciÃn es tirÃn libre y que no debes entretener ningÃn Ãtomo del miedo pues todas las medidas requeridas se han tomado para la transferencia.
