by emails when i needed a trusted partner to workout a life project for

With my post as the director for project loan award in the
bank, i am going for retirement from the bank service end of this years.
For confidentialities, this brings the neccessity to work with a trusted
foreign partner for my family furure investment out of my country after
my retirement from the bank service and that is the main reason I
contacted you for us to come to a legal agreement to work together on a
good investment project in your country while i use my office in the
bank to benefit you with this loan.



You will have to advise me on the
policy on how to establish a company in your country and the type of the
rapid growing investment that will be favourable in your country so that
we can be able to pay back the amounted loan within the below stated
limited period after my retirement from the bank service

This loan ranges from the minimum amount of five million
euros to the maximum amount of ten million euros to be paid to the
beneficiary’s bank account on three portions payment – 40%, 30% , 30%
consecutively within three month intervals.

Payment back policies

The
policy of this project loan stated that 10% of the total fund benefited
to the beneficiary must be paid back to the African Development bank
main Bank account in every three years from the official awarded date.
And the total fund must be obligatorily paid within thirty years
respectively and unfailingly.



My condition to be agreed on.



1-   A
new company must be esterblished in your country bearing your full name
and my first son's name (Abdul-Latif -19years old )and procure all the
government agreed legal documents in your country.

 2-  A new legally
establishes company bank account must be open to suit this new
investment project in your country.

3-     You and my first son will
have to sign a partnership investment agreement documents legally signed
by my legal attorney and your legal attorney showing that we both have
agreed on the working condition which will be stated in the Investment
agreement document.



Finally, my wife my first son and two daughters
will come to your country to meet you after the first part of this money
is paid into the new company's bank account for the future investment
before i will come my self after my retirement from the bank service
soon.
