An Email with the Subject "From Miss Ada Okoye" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 28 Apr 2008 08:18:45 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as Ada Okoye <ada_okoye04@yahoo.com.au>.

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

My name is ada okoye, I am 18 years of age, the only daughter of late Mr and Mrs richard William okoyein Abidjan. My father before his death was a prosperous Cocoa and Gold merchant  before his untimely death, after his business in Abidjan -Cote d'Ivoire, to negotiate on a Cocoa and Gold business he wanted to invest in Abidjan - Coted'Ivoire.  My mother died when I was little ,and since then my father took me so special.
 
Before his death on 12th November 2004 he told me that he has the sum of nine million,seven hundred thousand United State Dollars.(USD$9.700.000) he deposited with one of the security companies here in cote d,ivoire. that he wanted to use this fund to invest his cocoa business in cote d,ivoire.
 
After the burial of my late father i came down to Abidjan here in Cote D'iviore .
I am just 18 years old and a university undergraduate and really don't know what to do.and the  normal option is for me to claim this fund out from the security company and to transfer it to a safe country , through a reliable person for investment  and also continue my education in the country.
 
Because I have suffered a lot of set backs as a result of incessant political crisis here in cote d'ivoire.The death of my father actually brought sorrow to my life. as i,m writing to you now i,m writing with tears and pains. all the documents regarding to the deposit of the fund that was given to me by my late father is intact with me.I am in a sincere desire of your humble assistance in this regards.
 
Your suggestions and ideas will be highly regarded.
Now permit me to ask these few questions:
 
1. Can you honestly help me.
2. Can I completely trust you?
3. What percentage of the total amount in question
will be good for you after the money is in your
custody.
