have been having series of meeting for the past seven months,regarding all
the fraud victim, which ended two days ago with the then secretary general to
the UNITED NATIONS.

unfinished transaction or international businesses that failed due to
Government problems etc.
We found your name in our list and that is why we are contacting you, these
have been agreed upon and have been signed be the United Nation in conjuction
with the World Bank. You are advised to contact Rev Farther Isidor Martinez ,
who is the director general, United Nation fraud compensation Spansih unit for
your International Bank Certified Cheque of USD$25,000.00 ( twenty thousand
United State Dollars).
This funds are in a Bank cheque for security purpose, so he will send it to
you and you can clear it in any bank of your choice in your country or in any
