The good thing here is that on the account opening details, he stated that his attorney should be contacted in case the need arises for a change of next of kin, so his bank is aware that as his lawyer, I will have to present his will to the bank before the funds can be released to anyone whose name will be written on the will as the next of kin/beneficiary to his funds. The Bank is seriously requesting that I present to them the name of the beneficiary to the funds. All documents are in my possession, and I need you to work with me by means of me presenting you to the bank as sole benefactor to the funds of late Mr. Pereau, Jean-Louis. Do realize that, this is a risk free venture and all I require is your honest co-operation to enable us see this transaction through.
