This Email with the Subject "Treat As Urgent Reply....." was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 17 Sep 2010 06:21:32 -0700 and has been classified a s a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as Rita Karim <rikarim01@hotmail.com>.< /p>

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purpos es.

I know that this letter may be a very big surprise to you, I came across your email contact from my personal search and I instructed the doctor here in these hospital to help me email you and I believe that you will be honest to fulfill my final wish before I will die.

I am Mrs Rita Karim from Liberia but living in Burkina Faso, am 58 years old now suffering from a long time cancer of breast.From all indication my condition is really deteriorating,and my doctors have courageously advised me that i may not live beyond the next three month,this is because the cancer stage has reached a critical stage i have only one daughter age of 22years old.
