Occasionally, incorrectly categorized emails get into the Scamdex Scam Email Database and need to be removed. If this
email has Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or is, in your opinion, from a bona-fide entity, let us know.
Scamdex will, as soon as is practicable, take-down any emails that in our opinion should not
be in our database.
Note that ALL emails in the Scamdex Scam Email Database were received as Unsolicited Commercial Email, aka UCE or
SPAM , via unpublished 'Honeypot' email addresses.

I hereby writes to bring to your notice that hat resolution was reached by the incumbent
democratically elected Government Federal Republic of Nigeria (FRN) with delegates from World Bank
and other top Government functionaries to ensure transparency, probity and accountability regarding
the immediate release of all overdue/outstanding payment to bonafide beneficiaries on or before 7
banking working days.
Based on the outcome of the resolution, joint accord was reached by the United States of America
Government (USA), British Government, and International Monetary Fund (IMF) with Federal Government
of Nigeria (FGN) to pay concerned
beneficiaries at least part of their overdue/outstanding payment, while the balance payment should
be release by the end of the year.
In the light of this development, your Payment Allocation was successfully endorsed by His
Excellency, The Executive President Federal Republic of Nigeria (FRN) forwarded to Central Bank of
Nigeria (CBN) attached with Presidential Payment Authorization Release Order (PRO) instructing the
Office of the Honorable Governor Central Bank of Nigeria(CBN) to release you’re your approved part
payment the sum of Ten Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars only to you through
Electronic Key Tested Telegraphic Wire Transfer direct into your nominated bank account not later
than (72) banking hours without further delay.
You can as well receive your payment at your door step in your country through Master Debit Card
(ATM) method of payment. Therefore, you are advised strictly to get back to this honorable office
in writing not later than 24 hours reconfirming the full details of your information in order to
assist us facilitate the release of your payment.
