ATTN: Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you about the due process of your outstanding contractual payment, which was suspended by the PRESIDENTIAL PANEL ON CONTRACT REVIEW AND PAYMENT (PPCRP) thereby stopping the TELEX DEPARTMENT TO PAUSE YOUR CONTRACT FUND TRANSFER. As a result of this development, VERIFICATIONS conducted by the finance ministry in conjunction with the debt Reconciliation PANEL (CBN) on your contract case file Has been satisfactory and now endorsed for payment.
In view of several efforts already made by us to contact you for the following reasons:
(1) This Office HAS just received a sworn affidavit from Mr. J. P. Katz of United States to re-route your payment to a new address as stated: Jerrold P. Katz, PhD, J. P. Katz & Associates, LLC 73 Lexington St., #101 Auburndale, MA 02466.
Attached here is passport photograph of Mr. Jerrold P. Katz.
(2) Please, confirm to this office if you have instructed Mr. Jerrold P. Katz to appoint an attorney/agent on your behalf thereby asking that he receive cash call remittance on your behalf in United States.
(3) It have come TO our notice ALSO that you are being contacted for your payment by A LOT OF PERSONEL WHO CLAIMS TO BE IN AUTHORITY BUT unfortunately all files about your contract payment has been handed to PPCRP. It is at your own risk to continue dealings with ANYBODY OUTSIDE THIS OFFICE
Also re-confirm your Contract Number, Contract Amount, Private Telephone and Fax number, your e-mail address, Office or home address so that we can CROSSCHECK it with our file records.
WE HAVE DECIDED TO CONTACT YOU FOR RE-VERIFICATION BECAUSE WE SUSPECTED SOMEBODY IS TRYING TO DIVERT YOUR CONTRACT PAYMENT TO A NEW DIFFERENT BANK ACCOUNT.YOU ARE ADVICED TO CONTACT THE CHAIRMAN (F.E.C) DR.
