An Email with the Subject "FAMILY BUSINESS INVESTMENT PLAN" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 22 Jul 2010 01:38:57 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as jamesmobikabila@yahoo.com.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
From: James Mobi Kabila. Private email: jamesmobikabila72@execs.com Dear, This letter might surprise you because we have met neither in person nor by correspondence. I got your contact through some discreet inquiry from the chamber of commerce and industry; one has no doubt in your ability to handle a financial business transaction. However, I wish to introduce myself, I am James Mobi Kabila the son of the late Democratic Republic of Congo President Laurent Desire Kabila of the blessed memory. I know this letter might come to you as a surprise but I honestly do not intend to; I write this Letter in respect of my intention to invest the sum of US$28M (Twenty Eight Million United States Dollars) with you.
