Community Action - SPAM/non-Scam Report
Occasionally, incorrectly categorized emails get into the Scamdex Scam Email Database and need to be removed. If this
email has Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or is, in your opinion, from a bona-fide entity, let us know.
Scamdex will, as soon as is practicable, take-down any emails that in our opinion should not
be in our database. Note that ALL emails in the Scamdex Scam Email Database were received as Unsolicited Commercial Email, aka UCE or
SPAM , via unpublished 'Honeypot' email addresses.
It's unfortunate for us to inform you that your account is limited as of today.
However, we will guide you on how you can restore your account.
Please do understand that when your account is limited, there are
certain actions that we prevent from happening, which includes sending, receiving,
or in rare cases, withdrawing money. To protect you and
your account, we have applied such limitations so that
no unauthorized activity can be done from your account.
Lift the limitations:
It is quite simple, we have sent a form that you can download and open from
the attachment in this notification. We need you to
complete it, and fill in the correct information
that are asked.
Our security team can then review your information, and take
all the necessary actions to lift the limitations so your account
will be restored back to its normal state.
