An Email with the Subject "Client Notification" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 19 Dec 2015 13:28:54 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as PayPal Services <intl2@security.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
Dear Valued Member, By limiting the access to your account, our security team have blocked unusual charges to a credit-card linked to your account. When an account has been limited, PayPal often need some form of verification from its customers to solve the problem. We have sent you this notification hoping that you would provide some information with us; thus verifying that you are the legitimate account holder. We have sent you a form through which you may download (see attachment). We kindly ask that you provide some information in regards to your account. Our security team will restore your account access back to its normal state after your profile information is reviewed.
